How do I report Herbalife Distributors who is conducting wrongful business practices?

If you feel that Herbalife Distributors has lied, scammed, or even was fraudulent in the conduct of his/her business, your consumer rights should be protected.

There have been reports in the past of fraud and scams being conducted by Herbalife Distributors.  Herbalife would like to know about these actions so they can terminate or suspend distributors who are not conducting business in accordance with established Herbalife policies.

First, you need to collect as much information about the distributor who is in violation.  Information such as:

• Herbalife Distributor ID#
• Name of the Distributor
• Address of the distributor
• Herbalife Distributor's website (if purchased on the internet)
• Date of purchase
• Herbalife order ID# (found in your package)
• Herbalife Distribution Center that shipped the products (found on the return address on the box)

Although you don't need all the above information, the more you provide the better.
