How to Use the 21 Day Herbal Cleansing Program

Take two AM tablets as a dietary supplement with a full glass of water at breakfast daily for the entire 21 days. To get maximum benefit of this program, do not skip the AM tablets. If you forget to take them in the morning, the AM tablets may be taken later in the day with a full glass of water.

Take one to two PM tablets as a supplement to your diet with a full glass of water at bedtime. Gradually increase the number of PM tablets to normalize or improve bowel action.* Do not exceed 4 PM tablets. If stool is watery, cut back the number of PM tablets.

Use Herbalife's 21 Day Herbal Cleansing Program for three weeks at the start of each season (winter, spring, summer and fall) to assist with slow weight loss.*

Notice: PM Cleansing Formula is not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, acute abdominal pain or inflammatory bowel conditions.

We do not suggest using PM tablets for more than 21 consecutive days. When you have completed your Herbal Cleansing cycle, simply continue to take two AM tablets on a regular basis to supply positive flora necessary for optimum colon function.*
