We accept returns for products that have been opened provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for shipping address.

If you're not fully satisfied with a recent purchase, contact us and we can process your return. It's our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.

To make a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us and let us know your problem.

♦  We honor Herbalife's 30-day money back guarantee.
♦  We accept returns for products that have been opened.
♦  The customer is responsible for identifying the desire to be refunded within 14 calendar days from the product shipping date.
♦  The returned products MUST be received by The Nutri Shop within 30 days of the product shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
♦  The complete order MUST be returned for refund. Partial returns are NOT accepted.
♦  Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit, minus a 5% processing fee.
♦  A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund credit on all refunds.
♦  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
♦  Refund payment will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the products.
♦  Refund payment will be sent via mail by check.
♦  International Business Packs are non-refundable.
